When I turn the steering wheel the driver side top leaf will "pop" left or right. Causing a substantial noise and noticable pop feeling that transfers to the steering wheel. As you can see the forward clamp appears to be not wrapped around the pack like the passenger side is. How do I fix this??

I see you have aftermarket springs and other steering goodies, first thing is straighten the leaves and retighten the Ubolts/bolts at the axle. You may want to stud the inside bolts if you haven’t already.
When everything is straight, readjust the spring clamps if you want to but they won’t keep the main leaf from moving.

Seriously though, i've got/had leaf packs that had "holders" that appear opened up like that and it never caused an issue? Are you suuuure that's the trouble?

When I was leaf spring mine did that when wet
So I cut off the factory clamps and added these
It fixed it
But i didn’t run the springs long after that
Also this isn’t exactly where I got mine
Mine were zinc coated

If I had to guess, I'm going to go with you need to replace your leaf spring bushings.

Same here. Was never a problem. I've even had them fall off and it wasn't a problem.

I was present when the spring shop rebuilt my rear springs. With regards the the spring clamps, all they did was heat them up and pound them into shape over the spring with a big hammer. I'm sure you could do the same. Like recommended before, I would make sure all your spring bolts are tight, including the u-bolts.

I know on my Tuff Country front springs they include spring glides to make them quiet.
