Hello

How do you get the kick panel vent to open?
on the passenger side on an AC truck. (since the driver side on is, apparently, deleted in 1987)

the vacuum canister lever thing is good. and my control switches seem to work fine (they change around when i switch them)

so... what configuration lets in the outside air?

I think it only opens on Max A/C, to recirculate cold air back to the box.
