Their rockers and cab corners and such are generally pretty good. Some parts vary in overall size (like the cab corners) and gauge, depending on which supplier the parts came from.

Their parts are listed as:
Gauge - 1.0 MM
That puts it between 19-20 gauge…

They must be simply covering their ass. I've bought repair panels of theirs that were probably 16 gauge. Their specs must be for the thin stuff from some suppliers.

They have different suppliers. I haven't bought any in the last 10 years, but I remember specifically that there were two different cab corner stampings. One was heavier gauge and covered a larger area. They were the same price.

Floor pans would be 18ga, it'd be a rare day you'd find much that would be 16ga unless we're talking frame bracing or something similar. Most body panels (fenders, doors, hoods, cab corners, etc) are 19/20 gauge, floors are 18 and roof skins are usually 20-22 gauge. That's what we've found over the years developing off original panels and that covers all the makes, Mopar, GM and Ford.

I've still got some of those older panels, when I get a chance I'll get some measurements. But I'm 100% certain that you could order a part, then a couple weeks later order the very same part, and one could be a different gauge and stamping than the other. But like I said, it's been quite a few years now too.

Now that very well could be if they were ordering from multiple manufacturers, I was just speaking as far as coming from the same place. Like our stuff doesn't vary but you can compare a rocker from us and a rocker from someone else and they may be different thicknesses
