Dang, couple nice squares you got there. And in Gods country too! I could see myself in N AZ or N NM pretty easily. Love that part of the country.

We definitely pay a premium to live in Northern Arizona. Everything has gone up so much. I don’t think I could ever buy another place unless there’s a big market crash. Our only natural disaster is forest fires maybe a bad hail storm but hopefully that doesn’t happen since all my vehicles are outside.

Bud, I think you pay a premium to live anywhere anymore.
I’m jonesing to get back to somewhere with more than 129 days of sun a year. PNW is also unreal in its own right, don’t get me wrong. Just gotta look past some Bs to see the beauty here some days.
