Yes, this. Is it an actual steering pull or is the wheel just off-center?

If it's an actual pull, all the good advice has already been mentioned here. Rotate tires, check for sticking brake, check alignment, check for loose parts, etc.

I also agree that a steering box can cause a pull, but that's not a very common problem.

Wheel isn't off anymore its a straight pull to the right or into another car or over a hill like why in the heck would they let me leave like 4 days in a row?

So sry I haven't been back on I have a lot going on right now another good friend passed away of overdose, I'm in the mist of moving and filing divorce and transferring my kids schools I'm very sry to be slow! Please don't stop the advice its great advice and I'll try to keep up more often the funeral is over my kids are transfered just a few more thing on my list to finish up. Thanks again everyone!! Also truck now has a slight wobble and how can I tell if my temp gage is right? Its staying smack dap in center of 100 to 210 i think thats low and weird it never changes not to mention antifreeze leaking out holding tank and radiator I'm praying im not over heating and not knowing it?

Yes, we do have a couple to a few PA members here too. If you're anywhere close to him I know @Honky Kong jr wouldn't mind taking a look at it for you or possibly even going to a shop with your to make sure they're not taking your head off and shittin' in your neck. He might act like a pig, but he's really not. @89Suburban in also in PA too, he's a busy guy but it he could find a minute to keep a single mom from getting ripped off or screwed over at a shop I know he would. He's big and ugly but harmless. There's a few other members too, but I don't know them as well as these 2 clowns and I don't know how close they are to you.
