Is thie the body mounts for bed and cab since the body lines line up but the gap closes closer to the top?

That's usually a bent frame. Or collapsed mounts AND rotted front bed crossmembers.

Could be, or could be a bent frame.

Just for your information - there are no mounts under the pickup box. The box cross sills sit directly on top of the frame rails.
