Interested to fund out how many (are there any?) are still running full time 4WD? Or has everyone converted to part time?

My '75 GMC K25 still has an unconverted NP203/TH350/350, and it works well. Its had some hard use over the years, but still shifts well and does not make any significant noise.

Since the shaft conversion kit is no longer available, I don't think there is a good choice for conversion to PT. I've considered a swap to an NP205, but its probably not worth the effort for a work truck that is not driven that much.

My 79 is still going after 300 some thousand hard miles. I know it’s had a couple motors and a transmission or two but I never heard anything from my grandpa about the transfer case or axles being a problem.

My '78 is still full-time. I see no reason to change.

I am a relative newbie to SB. I have a 203/350 short bed. It has a Warn hubs. Without the Warn hubs is this full time? Having trouble with the 203 linkage and am planing to go dual stick this spring.

If the hubs are locked and the TC is in the locked position, yes.
