Hey! Happy to introduce myself a little. I'm new to the site but have had a few recent posts and great help from the members. I live in Florda now but originally built my 1980 K-5 for Washington State trails and rocks. I've owned the truck since 1994 and did a body swap around 2001. It's a runner and not a show truck by any means. within the past 2 years I rebuilt the engine (second time...long story lol) and its now a 388 stroker sbc with Holley Sniper and Hyperspark, Edelbrock heads/cam/intake, and other mods. Running a SM465 with a CenterForce clutch, NP-205 case and a built set of 12 bolts with a Detroit rear and trutrac front with 4:88 gears. 8 inch lift with 38 IROKs. Recently I installed a vintage air air-conditioning system because, you know, I'm in Florida and its mandatory, lol.
