I'm somewhat new to squares. I've owned them and worked on them since I was 15-16 (I'm 31 now) I'm looking at buying a 454 big block for my 86 K20, Sm465 trans. But it has a set of pistons I've never seen before, I attached an image. My gut is telling me they are a type of domed pistons for what I'd assume is for high compression. Which then the next step would be a camshaft since the rotating assembly is balanced. Didn't know if anyone had any insight. Thanks in advance. I'm sure I'll have many more questions with my truck.
