While I have my steering column out I'd like to replace the rubber boot that fits on the end of the column to the intermediate shaft. Mine has pretty much disintegrated. Anyone reproducing these?
No luck at Classic Industries and eBay lists a couple but not truck specific (Chevelle, GTO, etc.).

That's funny, I noticed there were tons of these boots listed on eBay for Jeeps. It looks like it would fit my application. Does anyone know for sure?

It looks like 7817473 (assuming power steering) - but it's confusing. Here are the possible parts:

OK, solved this one. After checking the dimensions of this shaft boot on line, even though it's listed for a Jeep, I decided to give it a try. It was less than $10 on eBay. It is not an exact replacement for the Chevrolet boot which tucks up inside the coupler. This one projects out of the coupler as you can see but it is a great fit and solves the problem of worn, cracked boots and loose grease dripping out. Pretty satisfied with this one.

Well, I don't know what's going on but I can't load a picture of this boot/shaft. I keep getting a message saying my picture exceeds the size allowed but I've reduced the image down to 4X6 and the pixels down to 150. No reason this shouldn't load.....?:Frustrated:

Here is the same boot on the shaft out of my '80 Camaro. I used the exact same boot on the truck.
