My dash cluster is finally looking pretty good, but the white plastic housing is insanely brittle. The left mount tab was already broken and, while putting it back together, one of the top tabs that holds the dash bezel in place just snapped off.
I think I can repair it but it's all still super brittle plastic. I would probably re-attach the broken pieces with epoxy and lay some fiberglass over it. You even have to be super careful putting screws back in it so that they line up with the existing threads or it will snap the mounting posts.
Does anyone make a replacement of these? I found one on ebay but that's going to have the same age problem. I considered 3d printing one but I'm not sure how well 3d printed ABS will do in heat (probably not well).
