These replacement body panels sometimes are just bloody ignorant! Slowly working the cab corner all the way around and then had a bulge in the bottom, couple of relief cuts and slow manipulation and managed to get the panel placed and aligned the way I was looking for.

I had this same issue with my drivers side cab corner but relief cuts allow the manipulation of the panel.

Nice work. Reminds me of my k5 build but without cab corners.
With all those spot welds it will be 10x stronger than factory.

BTW, I still owe you a pic of the lowered dually I mentioned the other day. It wasn't there when I went to take a pic but I'm sure it will be back soon.
