I had no idea craigslist had a rants page. I bet that would make for some good light reading on the *******.

Most of it is just nonsense. You gotta wade thru a ton of crap before finding anything good to read.

I would use CL more to find parts and stuff if they would make a new category for wheels and tires. You have to wade through 10 days of wheels and tires before you can find any actual parts.

Wow. Just, wow. If you think that rant is bad, wonder how bad the one will be if he ever gets the 465 installed. Sounds like he expects it to be quick, and get better mileage than the overdrive.

I have the 4 speed and I hate to tell him, it's the opposite of quick. Even with the 373s. It's really just a 3 speed with granny low. I love it, and actually hunted down a k10 with a standard because that's what I wanted, but not to be "quick" or for better mileage.

Geez, Grow a paid punk kid and do it yourself. If it's so hard to find someone to do it, maybe you can be rich posting an ad that you do ****** Auto to Manual Transmission conversions.

LOl ya its kinda like getting pissed at the alternator repair shop for not wanting to rewire your entire vehicle.

Transmission shops repair transmissions, They don't do custom fabrication LOL

Steering column, fly wheel, clutch, clutch linkage, clutch pedals, floor shifter, cross member and transfer case adapter. Remove transmission lines, TV cable and the engine to tranny braces.

You would be hard pressed to find an Automotive repair shop capable of doing that! on a 30 year old vehicle no less.
