Hey guys,
I have a 78 k10 that I want to swap out the np203 for a 205 or 208. I can't find any on Craigslist. Does anyone have one they'd be willing to part with that's in or near georgia?

Thanks,
Wesley

I'd imagine it's a 27 spline input you need, but I'd specify that for sure. What transmission are you trying to mate to?

I have a 205 that is setup for a TH350 or 700R4, shipping`d be the deal killer though.

About $100 shipping via fedex. Cost me $120 to ship a t56 transmission couple of years back.

If you are building a giant killer, you need the 205. You will need to specify the transmission you have.

Lol all depends on what your gonna do with the truck. If your gonna play on the rocks take the 203 and make a doubler out of it for a 205. Mud I see plenty of 208s holding up. I've seen trans brake launches threw 208s so again it all depends on what you wanna do.

That doubler deal is quite pricey. The adapter to join the 2 cases, then the cutting and balancing of driveshafts. It's worthy though if you're a serious wheeler. If you triple stick it, a stick for your doubler of the low range in the NP203, then double stick the NP205 for high and low, and for front or rear shaft activation, then you have **** ton of options, even FWD only to make a sharp turn on a front dig.

This can be done with a D20 also. Which I'd be using if the front shaft angle wouldn't have been so retarded.
