How to decode remanufactued engines

Hey gents, had some time finally to tinker on my 87 this week.

I replaced, temp sensor, IAC, oil pressure sensor & sender, and power steering pump & hoses. I also degreased the whole engine bay and took her down the road. She still has a idle surge but now only stumbles when its not fully warm. Also she has some pretty bad shacking which come to find out both rear drive shaft u-joints seem loose and i'll get to those this weekend but I also believe these lift blocks are shot.

I have a reman motor in my 79, company no longer exists so I'm SOL so I don't know what's been done short of being decked and is basically stock.

Nobody brings up the fact that truck has blocks on the FRONT of that truck which is a MASSIVE no no.

In fact with the shape of those.. Don't even DRIVE that truck.
