First truck when I was 16 was an '87 longbed with a fuel injected V6 and it was a turd with wheels. Now I've got an '85 shortwide.

Sounds like mom and dad knew what was up. Personally, that's about all a 16yo kid needs. As he grew, he could have swapped in a three fitty !!! :waytogo:

I have only one but that won't be the case when I finally have my own place with my girl. My fleet should be something like this: my square-body (the one I have now, in my signature), my dream square - a crew cab version, the latest model one ton crew cab longbed Ford or GM truck (maybe a dually), her Bronco or Blazer (we're still trying to get her something), and maybe eventually I'll get her a nice mommy Suburban, lol. :)

Edit: Oh, and whatever other old GM, Ford, and International trucks I can find to work on/play with as weekend hobbies and wheeling rigs. OH! And I'll need to get some muscle car in there... maybe a sweet 442 third gen Cutlass!

Ummm that would sound really nice minus all the potential non GM vehicles on there, why would you wan to take up space in your yard with useless FORD junk when there is always a comparable GM product!

If money were no option, and space was not a problem, I'd also have a couple of the others if done right. Not that I'd want to put my blood, sweat, time and energy into them, but American automotive history is what it is. So if I was able to score and old 57 Ford PU, or even a 60s Dodge ugly ass truck, I'd probably buy it. But, money and space it obviously a factor, so NO, I don't have any, and don't intend to any time soon.
