Most autozones have these right on the shelf, in packs of 2. I used one to slip over the starter wires, and just put the other one over a spark plug wire that was a bit close to the header.
Think I paid about $7 for 2. You can also get packs of 8 I believe, if you wanted to slip them over every spark plug wire.
