home made cross over steering?

Hello I was wondering if I would just be able to move my dana 60steering knuckle and block to the pas side and run some tubing to the pitman arm for a cross over??. I do have a 2wd steering box on a parts truck any impute would be help full. I do have a welder and can weld ok. I have tap and dies to 1 inch also.

For that to work, the steering arm would need to point forward, but it can't bolt up like that.

I just bought a 6.2 to drop in so i think I'll just buy the kit. I don't got time mess around with the steering. Thanks for the impute

I've got a offroad truck I'd like to change over to crossover sterring since it never steers right when flexed different on the trail. Also I break the left front spring quite often. Only problem I have is that I run stock springs on front with 38" tires. I don't want to put a lift on it so is there any steering options for mine to make it steer right?
