If you wanna take a drive, I can get you one right now for 130$.

Except after the drive it ends up being a $2,000-$4,000 axle after buying fuel, food and shelter for the 5,000 mile round trip...lol...

Rewind what I said.
If it's anything, it'll be a dana 44.

Dana 60 wasn't used in GM I think until like, 77 or 78 maybe.

BUT. That doesn't mean someone maybe swapped a 60 in!!!!!

It's all of that in-between stuff before getting there and after leaving. A kick ass meal would be great!

How can i identify a dana 60? I was told theres on in the 74 k20 in our yard but idk for sure.

On the bottom of the diff where it has the 2 X's it will also say 44 or 60. D60's in addition to having king pins, the right inner spring mount is a stud (no U-bolt).

The "missing" ubolt is what I look for. That way I can see what axle they have from 20' away in front of the rig.

This is what bribes are for....period.Not telling anyone to break the law,but they don’t make GM Dana 60’s anymore and they are expensive.

if it was I,I would give him 800 per Dana and call it a day.

Lol."Him" is the federal government. You must have missed that post.

If I sneak in and swap it out with my D44 they wouldn't notice, right?
