Help! Need AC vent.

I am needing a Drivers side, AC vent as mine is busted. I could probably make it work, but if someone had a NON-busted one, that would be cool.

Lol...yeah that's me. I still have some stuff but my harness building for these trucks are keeping me from getting work done on my own truck lol but that ok too.
