Hello from the PNW

Hello all, I'm Dave and just recently pickup a 78 K10 Stepside. almost all original: different rear bumper, 4" lift kit, single exhaust instead of the original dual and a target 350. I bought as I needed a truck to use for house stuff and an incentive to finish my other project to start this one. 1st vehicle I owned was a 76 Blazer and was looking for something along those lines and came across this truck. when I saw this truck I knew it was the one. it needs some TLC, usual rust on the rockers and bottoms of the doors, wood bed is needing love but altogether I think its a gem...

From Port Orchard.

The plan for the truck is to restore it but a little better than it is. I've already picked up all the AC junk on the firewall and dash.

Welcome! That is one of the nicest original 70's Chevys I've seen. Around here they're usually in pretty sad shape.
