This is my 5th chevy truck,
As fate has it there is no better chevy truck than your your grandparent's truck.
My grand father worked for chevy in the 70's.He go it basicaly for my grand mother.She is 95 now,He passed away in 94.Gene and Vivian helmsworth.
I remembered the truck my whole life,Im 43.Well to make a long story short he bought it out of a dealer ship in North Dakota,(which he worked at before he moved to California.
I bought every option.Tach,headliner,rear bumper dual tanks,Tan.It didnt not see a north dakota winter.From so. cal. it went here to az.I was garaged till 95.
It was stored under a car port the sun barely got to the passenger side.It is 99% all original.
Well last week it got handed down to me.I was in tears of old memories,still puts a tickle in throat.
I will be here from now on.I will share and post it up.I love chatting on forums.
