hey guys i took my truck to the muffler shop today and i noticed my driver side headlight wasn't coming on so i wiggled the socket and it came on the pins in the connector are rusted and broke. i have to get a new one i can get one but they are all three wire i was just wondering how many wires are on the oem one. i would check my truck but like i said its at the muffler shop.

if your truck ia a 79 then its the same as my 78 (assuming you have oem stuff)

3 prong :)

call napa or your local autoparts. see if they have em. otherwise you can order one from lmc for $1.95 shipping probably just as much,,, oh well.

JUst did my right head light on my K20 cost me 3.99 at Oreilly and yes if ithe headlight is high and low beam then its 3 wire. Either way itll work just figure out which to wires you need and dont hook up the third
