I have had good luck with the cheapy ebays the headers them selfs were great the gaskets could have been better but they did not leak the hardware that they give you is not great at all but I had no problems with it only dlet with 2 pair first pair was meant for a 88-95 tbi but used on a vortec the second set went on a bmw 325 I do not know how they are doing because I no longer hangout with the ownerI have headers on our daily burb 1999 vortec 350. the ones I got are stainless steel and were cheap. They look good and have a thick flange. I battled loose bolts for a good while and ended up getting stainless hardware to cure it and its been fine the last 3+ years.
