Handle light??

Was trolling through old pictures and forums and seen this. Anyone know how he ran this( handle light)?
Is it just drilled and wired through ?

It’s gotta be. I like it, too. To me, the mirror lights go with the whole pussification of the American truck, and I don’t like aftermarket analog gauge packages either. Diff’rent strokes. But those handle lights really add a neat ambiance. You know what looks good to me on a Suburban or Crew Cab? Opera/Coach Lights. Check it. This a member’s truck, but something longer would look even better, I think. I’d say also wider, but I think these already fill the B pillar up.
