Definitely a wire crimping tool. I'll go with @WFO on the spark plug thing.
They sell for between $6 and $35.

Do to the star shape it forms, I was thinking it's for crimping terminals onto coax cable.

Got another tool that I don't know what it is. Well, I'm pretty sure it's a valve spring compressor... but for what? The stud is M6x1.0 so being that it's old, I'm guessing it's for an air-cooled VW?

Well I'm at my in-laws house right now and there's air cooled VW heads sitting in the garage, that spring compressor isn't for them. The search continues...
