Please list ALL grease fittings and locations on a 2WD truck.

And if a zerk fitting is the same as a grease fitting, or is different but still needs grease, then please list those too.

They are the same. There might be some on the ball joints, most likely not, there should be some on the suspension components such as the control arms up close to the frame. The tie rod ends should have zerks and the rest of the steering system might also have some, other than that only your driveshaft would have some but it is a strong possibility that it doesn't have any.
