For me it's a logistics deal. If I won, I'd have to arrange for a trailer and go get it lol.

FWIW, you will get several quotes for shipping your item. The guy that delivered my M923A2 was a pro hauler not someone doing it on weekends. You must scan every photo of the item, GovPlanet usually takes good pics which show any damage to the body. Read the written maintenance listing, it will document oil press, blowby, brakes, ect. If it says "will not start" it's normally batteries dead, but not always.
