I'm pretty sure you don't have tweeters Dave...

Take a look at drivers door in front of the switches. I have one GM tweeter in each door right there but not the third door.

Those tweeters are tiny. Why do you want to know? IMHO, just replace the door speakers with some nice ones and call it good.
