Gasket for EFE "butterfly" valve in exhaust?

Anybody have a link or P/N for the gasket that goes between the exhaust manifold and the EFE butterfly valve on an '86 C20 'Burb with 454?

I've got a wicked exhaust leak, and it's coming from either that joint or the back of the manifold to block gasket.

I haven't been able to pin down a P/N for the EFE to manifold gasket, although I've already got the manifold to block gaskets and the collector donuts.

Also, I wouldn't mind if somebody has a reasonably priced source for new EFE valve- cheapest I've found so far is about $75 on rock auto.

Price wise, thats about as reasonable as it gets. If all else fails trying to find a gasket, I have had luck making them wire mesh, carfully covered in heavy foil, or just goop it with ultra copper RTV.

Thanks, but I'm looking for the one between the butterfly valve and the manifold. This one looks like the collector gasket, which is on the other side of the butterfly valve.

I'll probably end up using some hi-temp copper RTV.

There is an adapter sleeve you have to use between the manifold and the top EFE valve body. You know what, before I go any further, is this the style of manifold and EFE you are talking about:

I don't think so, I'm almost sure they are cast iron log type, and the AIR tubes are a lot smaller. Don't want to say for certain until I can get another look at it. I'll be able to get out there and grab some pics in the morning.

The EFE is for sure mounted to the collector end of the manifold but not sure if it's that exact style.

I got one from Auto Zone for a 83 for $2.00 dollars. The butterfly in the pit. looks the same.

There are two sizes, I'm sure he has the bigger pipes. Also that seal has a metal backing ring that slides up into the manifolds. They are not easy to find.

Thanks- Got it done. Found a good local exhaust shop. Now for straightening out the fuel system and making another run at emissions.
