fuel switching valve cover attaching points?

Since taking the cover off to replace the valve, I can't for the life of me remember how it all goes back together. I have the furthest hole back attached and the bar attaching it to the frame, but the furtherst forward hole in the cover does not appear to have anywhere to bolt to. Can't find one picture of it on the web! Any help would be appreciated.
