Front fender emblem

Does anyone know how easy it is to take the Silverado or Sierra emblems off the front fenders? Does it leave behind holes when you remove them? Looking at a set of Sierra Classic fenders for my K10 and was going to take the Sierra emblems off and put my Silverado ones on.

Yes, the emblems do mount to the fender using holes. Removing the emblems requires a wrench from the inner fender. There is also some double sided tape that is used as well. I believe that the emblems use the same mounting holes.
