Found these old photos in my dad's old photo album. They have Nov 1989 on the back of them. Thanks to the very knowledgeable and great guys from W-Body.com, it's the first 1969 ZL-1 Camaro built. They built 69 of these cars of whom Fred Gibb ordered 50 for his dealership, Fred Gibb Chevrolet of LaHarpe, IL. This first production car sold at Mecum Auction in 2012 for $400,000!

My dad is the shorter guy in the hat and blue jacket with his still good friend.

They tried to sell it at Mecum when the market was a little soft...Probably go for a king's ransom today.
