Have some pretty good rust near the doors on the floor panel, would patching it up work or should I just put in a whole new floor pan? Rockers are bad too

It's that way on both sides? Likely cab corners too?

Nope the cab corners are in good shape, the floor pan is the only rust on the truck

Mine is about the same. kick panels, floor panels, inner rockers, outer rockers. My cab corners are pretty good. Oh yeah, the floor supports are bad too

If it were me, I’d cut them all out and redo. Floor, inner and outer rockers.

As mentioned above, replace all and be done. Looks to be inner rocker, outer rocker, floor pan and probably kick panel.
Once removed you will be able to see the condition of the supports.
