Why are you going short bed? Are you keeping it dually? On a side note, what are the specs on that trailer? I'm looking for one that can occasionally haul my burb, or a crew cab if need be.

Thanks. I like the looks of the shortbed crew cab and I thought it would be a fun project is the main reason.

It is a cab chassis axle so I think I am going to run single rear wheel mostly. Will probably run dual when I get a gooseneck hitch in for a cattle trailer.

I rented the trailer but I believe it was a 7' x 20'. I can measure the truck and verify. It barely fit.

Its defiintely a project! CCSB does look good, CCLB looks like a limo, although I would love to own either. Does the C&C axle mean its narrower than your standard dually?

Wow 20 footer huh? I was looking at 18's. Might have to rethink that. Thanks for the info.

Yeah the most offroad I'd get do is probably a few semi mild roads where my grandpa is, he knows em all.
