Fender emblems without drilling holes?

I was thinking about reinstalling the emblems but I would not like to drill the holes if that's avoidable. How is the emblem, is there good surface on the backside for adhesive material? Any experience on this?

The emblems on my ‘75 have a post on the back and you use a metal speed nut on it inside the fender You would have to cut off the post and use trim adhesive strips.

Use this stuff.. Works great, same as what’s used on new vehicles
