I wouldn't say I am throwing that life away, but its not what I want in life. My degree is going to end up being in either Aerospace Engineering or Engineering Physics depending on where I finish my Masters. I want to apply Airflow/Fluid/Thermodynamics focus into the automotive industry when I grow up (I'm 30 years old currently).

I come from a line of gear jamming truck drivers and that's just not me. I did it and I was good at it, I do appreciate all it did for me and I enjoyed the experience but I do not want to do it for the rest of my life.

wtf is going on here?! Your gonna be one of them ***** ass college kids now er wat?! Werent you a machinery haulin gear jammer like just recently?! your gonna throw that lifestyle away?

Let's get real, bro. In the end it's a truck and if the truck sells for what he wants/needs out of it he can get another one after he's gone to college, gotten an education and gotten his life out on the right track with a degree. Education IS FAR more important than a truck, Imann. There's more I want to say here but it'd start getting into the area of bashing and I don't want to do that so I'll leave at that but you look like a complete jackass in this post.

Sounds like you have your priorities in the right order :handshake: With that degree you should be able to make a good livingn and hopefully you enjoy what you're doing when you're done.

This thread is getting a bit muddied up and we will clean it up. Just got to say Evil you can see how emotional some of us monkey wrenchers are here about your truck and how great a project it was to follow along and we enjoyed it and thank you for sharing it with us.

I think at your age to be looking to further your education and quality of life is great and wish you well on that path.

No need to clean up Irish's posts, he is messing with me more than anything.

I appreciate the words guys, it does suck in a sense but with my life right now the crew just doesn't work well ad I don't have time to finish it and I'm not going to blow all the money I've saved from working so hard on finishing it. If I can get the $15,000 for it, then ill be happy! Still sad to see it go but I know whoever pays that much for it will finish it and finish the project I started...

The truck is not sold, I'm still driving it as the last buyer backed out because he was already in the middle of two other restorations and didn't want to take in the completion of this truck until the others were done.
