Not trying to start trouble, trying to help people. I thought forever no title was a deal breaker until somebody showed me 1 of the little know Kansas loop hole titles. I like finding no title vehicles, nobody will buy them and owners will sell cheap. 1000.00 Square $1000.00 no title KC Craigslist, same square a week later. $500.00 square no title. I bought it for $350.00 I was 1 of 2 people that even looked at it.

The "it runs good/great, but needs/could use a tune up" You are quite literally contradicting yourself in the same sentence.. while simultaneously asking 2-4 grand over what it's worth.

So it runs like ****. Needs a carb, needs full ignition and fuel tuneup. All fluids changed, terrible maintenance or sat for who knows how long.

Yeah when I bought my crew cab last year, the guy was fairly honest about the condition. He said it had mainly been sitting for several years, they hadn't driven it much. And he said it would need a tuneup. Also he had put a lot of pictures in the post. I checked with Edmunds and KBB and the price he was asking was on the low end of their range, so I was willing to go ahead and get it. I've had to spend some money on it, but it still beats payments.

@SirRobyn0 ,good news, Washington does have provisions for registering a vehicle with no title, so don't pass up good deals on no title vehicles. I also read a bunch about trailers. There's some cool loop holes there for trailers also, especially under 3000 lbs. @Soundmound Google specifically unidentifiable trailer washington state, trailer registration,no title washington state ,homemade trailer washington state, see if you can weed the rules to see if you can make any work for you. 3 year registration no title washington state. Anyways there are ways you just have to be creative. 3 year registration no title sale, using a bill of sale and writing it up to use a trailer manufacture they recognize. There's way to much out there to post here.
Thanks Rick, it's been a long time since I've read though the rules. I had the three year thing a little off in my head. I thought that there was no registration for that time period, but I see I had that wrong. There are some cool loop holes for trailers under 3K, but the coolest one IMO is the permanent registration for trailers with a scale weight of less than 2K. It's $187 one time fee. For my little utility trailer it's $30 a year, so I need to keep it for about 6 years before it would pay for itself. I've got about 3 years left.

@Ricko1966 I wonder how Wa St defines "scale weight" for a trailer. I wonder if that is loaded or empty. If that's empty scale weight I might be able to get permanent plates for my flatbed trailer too. I guess I should apply for it and see if they accept it....
