Extended cab square for sale

I finally found an extended cab square for sale in my area. For some reason I think I've seen one other one a longggg time ago, but I cant remember. I just barely saw this was an extended cab.

Guy doesn't even mention it in the ad, and the pics don't help. So I'm guessing she's probably getting rough around the conversion area but who knows. It also has that weird air deflector on the roof, so not sure. Actually looking at the pics again, it looks like it's got vents coming out the back of that panel?!? lol

But anyways, super cool! Probably won't see another for a long time. Someone here needs to come buy it!

And what about it being a 455 and FWD? That's some weird stuff there.

As far as the extended cab thing.... My truck before my C20 was a 1992 Dakota, LE extended cab. I LOVED the extended cab. There wasn't enough space back there for anyone to sit unless they were children or midgets, since I had neither of those no one ever rode back there, but it was a great place to put stuff. I kept a crate behind the drivers seat with a few things in it, and the rest of the space was great for like groceries on a rainy day.

I have never seen an extended cab square in person, but have seen pictures. The biggest detraction for me is that they cut up the bed to make the extended cab so I image your stuck with something like a 6 - 6.5 bed, and it would place more of the bed behind the rear wheels. I would love one on a day to day basis, but I'd not be happy with the bed compacity where it comes to stuff like hauling feed. So for that reason I'd probably prefer the 4 door. But I do think, the extended cabs are cool.

No. While I went on and on about the pros and cons of the extended cab that particular truck has far to many abnormalities and far to few explanations in the ad. And what's up with only one picture showing literally as little of the truck as possible. NM, I see there are two more hidden photos. At least in those you can see it is an extended cab and does have a flat bed and a motor. NOT a front wheel drive he must be using FWD as four wheel drive.

Theres a lot of 455 swapped stuff up here, it's a strange thing really lol. I've just never seen the extended cabs with that roof valance guy.

I just never see the things, and it's only $1500. I know thats cheap to a lot of you dealing with these crazy prices.

I'm sure it was whatever conversion company that did the work. I'm sure it was there way of classing it up a bit, possible to cover the seam as well. IDK, I've seen pictures of one extended cab where it appeared that they did quite a bit of bondo work to roof and sides to cover their weld lines. I'm nobodies body man though so I'm hardly one to pass judgement on that stuff though.

I agree, that's why I moved the axle back on mine so I could use a shortbed.
