Exhaust options

I have stock 350 motor in my truck and am looking to change up my muffler on it. When I bought the truck it had a no name muffler on it that sounded decent but just wasn’t loud enough for me. I took it off and put a turndown on right before the rear axle. So now my truck is straight piped with a turndown. I have no problem with the loudness of a straight pipe, however I wish it had some more rumble. It has a single 2.5 inch exhaust pipe. What kinds of mufflers would give me a nice rumble and still be somewhat loud. I’ve done some research but it’s hard to tell what’s gonna sound good on my truck since most stuff is either high horsepower or newer.

problem isnt your exhaust its your engine. I swapped the cam and heads on my v10 and the exhaust is noticeably louder.

If you still have the stock catalytic converter, it muffles the note a lot.

Well I know that but I don’t have enough time or money to that at the moment but I am saving up for it.
