Just a little update. I hadn't got to try anything, and I probably wont have anytime for awhile (school, vocational school, work). I've had the truck up for sale for a week or so now, before it crapped out on me. I been getting offers every other day. My selling price was $2000. I got a guy that wants to come by and throw on a different carb and see if it works and he'll give me $1600. How's that sound?
I noticed a hell of a lot of blow-by also around the PCV and a lot when I pull the PCV out. The PCV aint ever been hooked up (I bought it that way). Has around 140,000 on the motor, and I think that's coming back to haunt me soon. I was wondering if I could cut the brake booster line, throw on a Y-joint, and hook the brake booster and PCV lines running it to the carb. Would that work?

Going to check vacuum lines again, and possibly clean the float/metering block. Only problem is, would I NEED to replace the gasket? I'm guessing yes.

You can probably get by without buying the float bowl gasket. It can usually be salvaged and be just fine. But the metering block, is usually stuck pretty good and likely to tear unless it was a recent build and this isn't of course. Its very common to have to pull a Holley apart like you need to do. O'reillys carrys a Mr Gasket brand set of Bowl and Metering Block gasket kit for $4. For the $4 and peace of mind, I'd get the $4 set before I started tearing it apart so I had it just in case.

Thanks so much for your help, guys! I did as yall said and cleaned the float and metering block. I bought a TricKit for it. When I pulled the float off, it was obvious that was the problem. Here's a picture:
Anybody know what that is? Anyways, cleaned em both out good. Replaced the powervalve and acc. pump thing just for the heck of it. Threw it all together and I've been driving it for the past few days. Thanks guys!

Glad its fixed. Thanks for the update. Always nice to hear what fixed other problems, then the next guy knows what to try if he has the same or like problems.

Ahhh, that's what I missed in the pic. The white powder. No wonder it won't idle. The damn truck has been snorting coke !!! It don't wanna idle, it wants to go go go.
Maybe try some intervetion and problem solved.
Looks to me like you're getting some sand or sediment off the bottom of your gas tank. Get a good fuel filter or 2 inline and should get that straigtened out.

Another thing! I looked at pictures of the 600 Holley and the 650, and sure enough, mine was the 600 Holley. PO lied to me about that. Oh well, glad I figured that out ahead of time!

Yeah, I figured your carb was a List # 1850-X which is a 600cfm Vacuum Secondary. You've actually got the right card on that truck.
Very common and easy to work on too. Yep, I would have a filter though for sure. 
I just realized your 16, you're doing a damn good job so far dude. Keep it up. Alot of kids don't take that initiative these days. They get thier daddy or uncle to do it all for them.
