Gentlemen, I am looking for Vehicle EMission Information and Vacuum hose schematic for my project. I have a
Rochester quadrajet t4 478 carburetor and included a pic of the engine casting #. There IS a smog pump on the engine.

I have a donor motor and I am looking for the routing for the vacuum lines and the charcoal cannister.

I want to get this documented so I do not have to dig so deep in the future to find what I am looking for. Trying to make correct connections right now.

The line plugged by a screw is the one that has me scratching my head right now.
Looking at all of the variations I am not able to make any sense of which routing to follow.
Thanks

The one on the center rear of the carb is for a hot air choke, looks as you have an electric choke, so you can just cap it. It allows the hot air choke to draw from filtered air.

The one in the first photo, I have a couple of suspicions, but that is based on 70's trucks. I know the 80's got more complex with the thermo-vacuum switches and such.

Does the truck have the EFE setup on the passenger side manifold?
