Embossed metal trim

My 75 Blazer Cheyenne has this trim around the door panels and also on the panels in the rear cargo area. On the doors the trim has worn where arms have rested on it over the years. Does anybody know if this trim is available anywhere? Looked at LMC and a couple other places with no success.

There's definitely a good market for them. Tooling cost is what kills us now, it's a line we have to walk. Even when there's a market, sometimes the tooling cost just keeps it from making sense.
