Just days after buying new to me 1991 3/4 4x4 Suburban, I ran in to the Elk in New Mexico. Flew out to Cali, then drove the scenic route back to Texas. No issues except for the elk. I am trying to make sure, that if i buy a 89-91 1/2 suburban, that the radiator support is the same as now destroyed support in the 3/4 ton. Plan is to buy a 1/2 ton suburban, and take all the front sheet metal and support from it. Then part out the rest.
here is now sad suburban. Just did not have enough brakes to stop in time

I know there can be some differences, bt, I think the radiator and support are the same.
The grill and headlights arrangements can be different too.
