Elec window switches

[Shorted chevy]

Hello. I have an 83 gmc. The passenger side window guit working using the driver's side switch. It will work with the single switch on the pass. door. I replaced the drivers side dual switch. It did not solve the problem. Any idea what's next to check? Thanks

I ran into this on my suburban and on the inside of the plastic connector that has the blue nut the wire was broken inside there. Not the easiest thing to fix.
