I ran duals for a year on the K20. Black valley flashing screwed to the wheel well lip looked better than the numerous busted fiberglass fenders seen around here. I abandoned the duals after one winter of following the crown to the barrow ditches.

Mike is on my list of people to offer this too as well. I'm still not sure if it'll be worth the hassle though.

I got a spare set of fenders for mine a few weeks ago. I was able to pull them myself an I got all the hardware too. So I have a full hardware set, even though they need cleaning up. Hate to be that way, but seems like there's not the demand I thought there would be.

The driving force on this for me was the red squarebody pictured. Most of the hardware on it wasn't salvageable an I'm not crazy about the hanger bolts being a good solution.
Yeah, that's what we've run up against. The main guy that calls the shots isn't opposed to it but he says there just isn't *enough* demand. After doing lots of research and polling at various shows, I agree with him. Yes there's a need, but it's a small amount vs C10 stuff. Too small for us to justify the ASTRONIMCAL R&D and tooling costs to get them done. Tooling has gone out of sight ever since Covid. We're trying to scale back our large parts development and focus more on small stuff simply because it's more economical

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS!!!!!

We tried them for wider fenders for that red dually to fit the semi wheels. Waited 6 weeks for them. Mocked them up an because of how badly they are bowed in, they were maybe 5/8" wider. Spent a month calling an they won't return phone calls/texts/emails. Finally got them on the phone one day an was given a different email to send pics to but it's constantly full an won't take new emails. Haven't been able to get them back on the phone yet.

They were supposed to be 3" wider. The picture at the start of this thread is when I dropped it at a body shop to have the factory ones stretched. I really wish the owner would have just got tuck wheels but it's not mine. I don't think he will even have half the cost in stretching them as those crappy ones were.

This was what I found behind them an why the hardware was trashed too I suppose. It was a nightmare to remove them. I was able to save some of the studs but still had to replace over half of them.

Damn. Yeah, I've had that convo with many guys about buying flat faced/tuck wheels vs stretching fenders. I always push them to go with the modded wheels or a narrow axle cuz it's VASTLY easier.

These are the reasons I'm SUPER paranoid about my dually fenders. Whether it's some jack wagon who hits me or say I let my wife drive the truck for some reason and she runs a fender(s) into post or something LOL I'd have a coronary!

Good thing is, at least they're fiberglass so they're not horrible to repair versus a steel one with all those complex curves and whatnot

He has 2 gnt800 2500HD parts trucks he bought at auction that I also tried to get him to let me put one of those axle under it instead. He just wants it wider for some reason. The truck itself is pretty cool, someone did a cummins swap on it that seems well done. It's a blast to drive, but needs a 3 or 4k governor upgrade. A different person must have lowered it because some of that work is not so great lol.

I am too an thats why I kept an eye out until I found a set for mine. Im always telling the kids to stay away from them lol. Depending on how this guy does stretching these, I might take him my spare set to repair what damage they do have so they are 100% ready if needed.

I'd say, offer them in kits as "per fender".

Those studs have always been like gold. I've still got a stash of them, in various sizes, from my body shop days.
