This ones for retro, what the hell is it????? Solid aluminum front crossmember, and a pretty nice true duel system. Its a four link setup with aluminum arms, the rear diff cover is a square, like a GM 7.5/7.625 or ford 7.5.

they also have a couple vortecs that im stealing the heads off of, they look like 1 906, and 1 062.Thay also have a set of 5.0 vortecs with is a 58cc chamber, but they dont flow they best, they are a torque head, where as the 906/062's are a 64cc head with 1.94/1.50 valve and flow pretty good to 5400ish.

Im going to take a pair of 5.7 vortecs and cut the guieds to allow .550 lift, cause the cam im gonna run is .498/.504 lift. Factory they are rated at .460 MAX, which is .410 safe life with .050 slack.

You can actually get to .550 without cutting guides, with a spring retainer swap IIRC.

Yea, ive heard that to and ive seen all the kits, Ive also heard that even with those they sometimes contact at .500. So i want to cut the guides down as a safety precaustion.

Anyone know of some valvsprings like Lt-4's with a dampener spring in them??
Running .498/.504 lift at around 6k i want to make sure my valves get all the way closed and dont just freehang.

Went back today to look around, and i glanced at this tranny again, It has a GM remanufactured Sticker on the top of the housing(unsure of how long ago or milage tho), And they also have another 4l60 setting in another room bolted to i think a 208 or 241.

That's a 96+ trans since it has the detachable bell.

Wish I had that trans. Mine shattered just in front of the 4x4 adapter housing in my 97 Yukon.

Im debating getting it and puttign a FMVB in it. I dont want to fork out 600$ just for a controller. And i would also have OD, and it will kick hard as hell.
