Does anyone know if these missing decals were OEM and, if so, where I might find replacements?

Thanks in advance.

Those appear to have been oil change stickers. Gas stations commonly used them.

Thanks. I was curious if they might have been maintenance stickers. Glad to confirm they weren't OEM and I can clean the old adhesive off without guilt.

Thanks. Exactly what I needed to know. Any idea if/where I can get a re-make for an 1988 Suburban V10?

Off the top of my head, no. But I’ve seen somewhere where repro decals for under hood and even the spid sheets are available.
Maybe do some searching here or classic car parts houses like LMC.

And someone more knowledgeable than me will likely have better info for you in your thread here I’d bet.
