Do all V1500 come with Double Cardan Joints?

Dana Spicer list my 89 K5/V1500 as coming with a double cardan joint on the front driveshaft at the T case. Is this correct?

Yes. Double Cardan "CV" constant velocity. There's a ball & spring along with an "H" yoke. It's been a couple decades since I've had to replace the joints in one.

That's good to know as I was going to replace this while I have someone in there but it is probably cheaper to replace the front shaft.
