take a look at what I have circle in the picture. I want to delete this. I need to know what does it control and will my windshield wipers still work?

That's your wiper motor and windshield sprayer.
Deleting it would definitely render your wipers useless.

Why would you want to remove it?

@Dutch Rutter... I thought it was for the window sprayer only... I'm trying to delete and remove anything that I'm not using. Just want to clean up my engine bay

I gotcha. Yep all one piece and houses the pump and the motor. I want to say that most show cars/trucks that have the empty engine bay look do it with tin covers, but I'm not entirely sure about that.
